Physical Products

Requests for returns or exchanges for other reasons will be considered under the applicable return policy.

Lara Catherine offers private 1:1 support sessions intended to provide a compassionate, respectful, and welcoming space for personal conversation and reflection.
These sessions are particularly designed for mothers raising autistic children who may be seeking connection, understanding, and a space to feel heard.
During our time together, I may offer personal reflections, share lived experiences, and provide gentle, intuitive support.
Important Disclaimer
These sessions are not medical treatment, psychological counselling, psychotherapy, or professional mental health services.
I do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, provide clinical treatment, or replace the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals.
Participation in a support session does not establish a healthcare provider–patient or therapist–client relationship.
If you require medical, psychological, or emergency assistance, please contact an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service.

9. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Private sessions are booked through the website's online booking system.
Appointment availability, duration, pricing, and payment requirements will be displayed during the booking process.
Please ensure that your contact details are accurate so you can receive booking confirmations and session information.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Lara Catherina has a 24 hour notice period for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made before 24 hours can receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed session would be non-refundable. Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. 
If I need to cancel a scheduled session, I will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative time or provide an appropriate refund.
Any booking and cancellation policies will be applied in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Confidentiality and Respectful Communication
I recognize that conversations about motherhood, autism, family life, and personal challenges can be deeply meaningful.
Information shared during private support sessions will be treated with sensitivity, care, and respect.
Personal stories will not be published or used as testimonials without permission.
Confidentiality is subject to applicable legal requirements and may be limited where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address a serious safety concern.
Sessions are intended to be respectful and supportive. I reserve the right to end a session in the event of threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, subject to applicable law.
Sessions will not be recorded by Lara Catherine without prior notice and appropriate consent.

Books, artwork, resources, reflections, and support sessions are offered for educational, inspirational, and personal reflection purposes.
Every individual's experience with motherhood, parenting, autism, and personal growth is unique.
